Sunday 1st June club meeting was Round 3 of the 2025 Hills Offroad RC Club Championship. With 74 entries attending a glorious day for racing with the track conditions being more favourable than the previous weekend with a drier week in the lead up the event.
Novice/Rung What You Brung
6 entries rolled up for some action with Joseph Valdivia taking the TQ after qualifying.
Gabriel Abdelfattah went on to take the win on the day with 3rd, 1st & 1st place finishes. Joseph Valdivia finished second with 1st, 2nd & 5th places. Noah Abdelfattah finished in third place with 2nd, 3rd & 2nd places in the finals.

With the largest field for the event, 26 drivers were shown the way with Scott Hill taking TQ for the finals.
Scott Hill went on to take the win on the day with 1st, 1st & 2nd place finishes. Hugo Tsang finished second with 3rd, 2nd & 1st places. Nathaniel White put together a third place with 3rd, 7th & 3rd places in the finals.

With 10 very keen entries, it was Lachlan Donnelly laying down TQ runs to start the finals ahead of the rest.
Lachlan Donnelly went on to take the Grand Slam (Win, TQ & Fastest Lap), with three wins across the finals. Jarod Ment took second place with 2nd, 5th & 2nd places. Matthew Couper came in third with 3rd, 2nd & 3rd places across the finals.

With 21 entries running on the day, Nathaniel White put together a TQ run for the best starting place of the stock runners.
Nathaniel White then went on to take the win overall in the finals with 3rd, 1st & 1st place finishes. Scott Hill came in second with 1st, 3rd & 2nd place finishes. Hugo Tsang was third with 2nd, 2nd & 4th places.

With 11 entries coming to play with Lachlan Donnelly taking the TQ spot after qualifying.
The finals were a closer battle for all places than the results show with Lachlan Donnelly taking his second Grand Slam for the event (Win, TQ & Fastest Lap), with 1st, 4th & 1st places across the finals. Matthew Couper took second with 4th, 1st & 5th places. Ari Bakla finished third with 2nd, 3rd & 2nd places.

Our next round of the cub Championship is scheduled for Sunday 6th July 2025, to continue our drive towards what will be the biggest year for Hills Offroad RC with the IFMAR World Championships. Our next cub day is 29th June 2025.
