Sunday 15th December club meeting was Round 4 of the 2024 Hills Offroad RC Club Championship. With 44 entries attending a what was a final fling of fun for 2024. With the best 3 of 4 event results counting towards the Club Championship, a number of classes were still to be settled.
Novice
6 entries rolled up for some action with Howard Crooks taking the TQ after qualifying.
Howard Crooks went on to take the overall win with 1st, 4th & 1st places. Alyssa Spiteri came away with second after finishes of 3rd, 1st & 2nd across the finals. Rondy Chan came home in third with 2nd, 2nd & 3rd place finishes.

With the largest field for the event, 21 drivers were shown the way with Ron Curby taking TQ for the finals.
However it was Glenn Welch taking the win on the day with three wins across the finals. Ron Curby finished second with 8th, 2nd & 2nd places. Bradley Chuter put together a third place with 2nd, 3rd & 3rd places in the finals.

With a small field of 3 very keen entries, it was Samuel Muffett laying down TQ runs to start the finals ahead fo the rest.
But Matthew Couper stepped up his game to take the win with 3rd, 1st & 1st place finishes. Peter Seckold took second place with 1st, 3rd & 3rd places. Samuel Muffett came in third with three 2nd places across the finals.

With 11 entries running on the day, Bradley Chuter put together TQ runs for the best starting place of the stock runners.
Bradley Chuter then went on to clean sweep the day with three wins and fastest lap of the day to take the Grand Slam for the round (TQ, Fastest Lap and the Win). Trent Johnson came in second with 3rd, 2nd & 5th finishes. Blair Wallace was third with 5th, 4th & 2nd places.

Only 3 entries came to play with Matthew Couper taking the TQ spot after qualifying.
Matthew Couper went on to take all three wins to taken out the day as well as the Grand Slam for the event (TQ, Fastest Lap and the Win). Samuel Muffett took second with three 2nd places. Simon Shaw rounded out the filed in third with three 3rd places.
